What is Consolidation service ?
Centralized transportation (what China exports to foreign countries is called centralized transportation, and what China imports to China is called transshipment) is a kind of international logistics. It is a kind of logistics that many overseas Chinese buy goods on domestic e-commerce platforms (Taobao Tmall, 1688, JD), send packages to domestic centralized warehouses, and then the centralized transportation companies transport packages overseas and send them to their own.
Compared with general international freight forwarding and express delivery, it has its own characteristics:
1. Centralized transportation customers are mainly e-commerce customers (individual customers of e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Tmall and JD).
2. Customers are generally Chinese, with a unified geographical attribute. Taking Malaysia as an example, most of the customers are Malaysian Chinese.
3. The customer values timeliness and pre-sales and after-sales services.
4. The profit is higher than that of general freight forwarders (such as China Port Transportation) and special lines.
We can see a trend: in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States, more and more people are now buying goods in the mainland's electronic malls. This can be seen from the warehouse explosion of the centralized transportation company at 11:00 on the Double Ninth Festival.
